Hot Chocolate for a true gourmet


After consulting with many chocolate enthusiasts on my travels, it was clear the best way to create a velvety smooth, hot chocolate is to melt real chocolate. Our delicate flakes of chocolate look like art and melt at just the right temperature. This process retains the luxurious taste and flavour notes from the origin.

  • 3 spoons of TTF hot chocolate flakes
  • 200 ml milk of your choice

To taste:
Sugar, ground cinnamon, vanilla, sea salt or Fleur du Sel


Add 3 large spoons of TFF hot chocolate flakes and 3 spoons of hot milk. Stir a few seconds to allow the chocolate to melt, resulting in a velvety smooth mixture. If you feel like sweet today, add some sugar. When foam starts to appear, add the rest of the milk like baristas do for a cappuccino.
An old french tradition insists that hot chocolate should be foamy. A real hot chocolate can be complimented with a pinch of ground cinnamon, or a hint of vanilla.
